Professor Bennett is an internationally recognized leadership development innovator. His work has been recognized by several organizations, including Becker’s Hospital Review, which named him as one of the “Top African-American Leaders in Healthcare” for 2018, 2019 and 2020.

His leadership development approach has been taught to leaders from business, healthcare, law enforcement, retail, hospitality, entrepreneurs and nonprofit organizations. His leadership framework has been adopted for new military officer training.

Collin Skinner, PhD

Dr. Skinner has spent over 20 years building purpose-driven leaders for purpose-driven organizations. He started his career as a logistics expert with the U.S. Air Force, where he learned how to work with and align teams from diverse backgrounds and goals. Having traveled the world, leading over a dozen teams with hundreds of individual contributors, he completed his military service as a senior leader, choosing to focus his efforts on adult learning and development.
