Collin Skinner, PhD

Doctor Skinner has spent over 20 years building purpose-driven leaders for purpose-driven organizations. He started his career as a logistics expert with the U.S. Air Force, where he learned how to work with and align teams from diverse backgrounds and goals. Having traveled the world, leading over a dozen teams with hundreds of individual contributors, he completed his military service as a senior leader, choosing to focus his efforts on adult learning and development. 

Since retiring from the Air Force, Collin has continued to grow others and himself through a multitude of industry experiences ranging from higher education to quick-service restaurants, to science and agriculture. Most recently, he finds himself at the intersection of tech and leadership, where he has worked alongside leaders to establish training and development policy, strategy, and practices for Apeel Sciences Field Operations. 

Collin has worked to refine his skills and certifications of skills that range from ATD and NACE coaching certifications, Myers-Briggs Personality Inventory facilitator, emotional intelligence development, 360 Leadership Practice Inventory (LPI), a CCAF Professional Manager, and transition management best practices.  With the passion of an activator and pioneer, Collin is dedicated to sharing his extensive leadership knowledge and experience through various focuses that all contribute to empowering everyone to attain their goals…whatever they may be.
