This self-assessment is a key first step to helping established and aspiring leaders identify gaps or blind spots in their practice of leadership. It is used in conjunction with our LeadershipRM^TM program. Gaps are identified by comparing an individual leader’s results to the overall population average of all who taken the assessment.

Leadership Circle Online Training

The Elite Leadership Circle is a program designed to provide a comprehensive, process-based, individualized training program that produces sustainable measurable leadership growth. Each circle consist of 5 to 20 participants who meet monthly to learn a proven leadership development process. This online program features live online sessions with a minimum of 5 people. If the minimum is not met, the circle will be cancelled and participants refunded their first payment.
