The Team LeadershipRM™ application identifies gaps in how the leader’s perception of their leadership abilities agrees with the perception of those they regularly interact with, including, direct reports, indirect reports (optional), peers and supervisor (see the model on the right). Leadership perception is critical to leadership success. If the team and peers believe a person is an effective good leader, they tend to follow them wherever needed.

Leaders are often surprised when their team and peers may not perceive their leadership abilities as highly as they do, or when their team and peers perceive some of their leadership abilities higher than the individual leader does. These gaps provide the leader with clear direction on what needs to be addressed as well as providing positive feedback on areas they may not have been aware they were doing well.

Each LeadershipRM Team assessment must meet the following minimum and maximum parameters to ensure usable data and lessen chances for retaliation:

• Supervisor:  Min - 1; Max - 1
• Peers:  Min - 3; Max - 7
• Direct Reports:  Min - 4; Max - 7

To assess multiple leaders or a department, purchase a team assessment for each leader you wish to assess.

The Leadership IMPACT Assessment  (LIA) is the proprietary instrument we use for our assessment. The LIA measures leadership behavior along 9 dimensions summarized into two categories: the Potential for Leadership and the Practice of Leadership. 

After completing the assessment you will be sent instructions on scheduling your results debriefing / coaching session. Your results will be sent to you 1 business day before your scheduled debriefing session.
