The Path to Elite Level Leadership is your guide to learning that program. It’s not about following a particular leadership methodology. It’s about creating a personalized leadership philosophy that is adaptable to almost any leadership encounter you may face.

The Path to Elite Level Leadership is based on a proprietary 5-step, personalized, leadership development program which is derived from an individual’s innate qualities and strengths. The insights included are the results of interviews with executives from business, education, government and healthcare as well as elite professional athletes and Olympic medalists. It is designed as a continuously improving process for leaders to develop a personalized leadership vision and philosophy for utilization in their daily leadership routine. It creates better leaders by embracing the most often overlooked steps that research indicates are essential to better leadership development.

The Elite Level Leadership Process™ is:

  • Unique because it is personalized to the individual’s innate qualities and strengths.
  • Proven because it is supported by years of scientific research and personal interviews.
  • Comprehensive because once learned, the process is adaptable to almost any leadership situation.
  • Measurable using our proprietary leadership assessment tool to quantifiably measure and track leadership growth.

  • Making an Impact - Saturday, January 29, 2022 Vi-Anne Antrum, Chief Nursing Officer, Cone Health
I recommend this book if you are looking to make an impact in your leadership development and your career. This book provides innovative strategies and tactical management on how we, as leaders, can improve our practice and in turn, the experience of those we lead. There are some incredible leaders sharing profound insights contained within the pages of this book. I wholeheartedly recommend The Path to Elite Level Leadership for anyone who is serious about creating their legacy and leaving a mark on the world.
  • Measurable Improvement - Wednesday, December 22, 2021 Larry Lifson
I recommend this book not only for guidance on how to become an elite leader and to remain one, but also because of the human element, with regards to both the leader and to those being led. That is not always a focus of leaders, and as a result leaders miss a great opportunity to positively impact people and the organizational culture, and to increase engagement and results. The leadership strategy and the things leaders need to do to achieve improvement described in the book are important guidelines, and the fact that this system is measurable makes it extremely valuable.
  • Leadership is a process - Saturday, November 27, 2021 Michelle L Kilbourne, Ph.D
While one might have become aware of Michael Phelps after his Olympic performance, the process of becoming an elite athlete happened decades prior to his record-breaking swims. I endorse this book for two simple reasons: it professes leadership is a process, not a point in time, and the process starts with humility and empathy. Leadership is about the other and this book begins with this basic premise and then builds from there by exploring the patterns of over 20 leaders (e.g., Tony Dungy, Lin-Manuel Miranda) and the five things these leaders do consistently for measurable leadership improvement.
