002 – Leadership IMPACT Assessment

Identify your leadership gaps today! Everyone has leadership gaps. The key to successful leadership is to identify those gaps and either repair or compensate for them. If left unattended, a small gap can grow into a huge one for the leader.

We have developed an instrument to help identify leadership gaps as well as measure and monitor the results of leadership improvement called the  Leadership IMPACT Assessment (LIA). It was developed from the key concepts from the books, Prescribing Leadership in Healthcare (PLIH) and The Path to Professional Leadership (PTPL). The assessment examines leadership along 9 dimensions summarized into two categories: the Potential for leadership and the Practice of leadership. When used in conjunction with the Professional Leadership Training course, it enables individuals to assess where they are before the course and tracks their improvement progress after the conclusion of the course. By quantifying the improvement results, it helps measure the return on investment of the leadership improvement program.

Please complete the survey below by honestly answering each question based on your perspective today. The purpose is to establish a baseline of your leadership, identify gaps in your practice of leadership and to track your leadership progress over time. Most demographic questions are required and all assessment questions are required.

Results are validated against the general population average of all who have taken this assessment.

After completing the assessment you will be sent instructions on scheduling your results debriefing / coaching session. Your results will be sent to you 1 business day before your scheduled session.

No personally identifiable information will be shared with anyone outside of the Elite Leadership Academy. Thank you for participating.

When used independently or in conjunction with one of our Elite Leadership Training programs, it assesses an individual’s leadership behavior and identifies gaps compared to the population average. Participants are measured before the course with follow up assessments at set intervals after the conclusion of the course. By quantifying the improvement results, it also helps organizations measure the return on investment of leadership development programs.

When used as part of our Leadership RMS™ solution, it identifies the gaps between how the individual perceives their leadership behavior and how their team, peers and supervisor perceive their leadership behavior. As an organizational assessment tool, it is used to identify gaps between an individual’s leadership behavior and the leadership behavior of their peers throughout the organization.
