As part of the Elite Leadership Training, you will take two pre-course assessments:
- Personality assessment to help you better understand who you are as a person. You will use this to help build your personalized leadership vision. You will receive a separate email invitation to take the personality assessment.
- Leadership IMPACT Assessment which will document your leadership impact before taking the course. We will use this to track and monitor your progress over your time in the program. Click on the ‘Student Dashboard’ link above and enter the access code emailed to you for the leadership assessment.
Please take both assessments before you begin the rest of the course work.
