This self-assessment is a key first step to helping established and aspiring leaders identify gaps or blind spots in their practice of leadership. It is used in conjunction with our LeadershipRMSTM program. Gaps are identified by comparing an individual leader’s results to the overall population average of all who taken the assessment.
Further analysis can be performed adding the LeadershipRMSTM Team Assessment course which invites peers, direct reports and supervisors to assess the leader using a similar assessment tool.
Once the assessment has been completed, you will receive an email with instructions to schedule your follow up debriefing / coaching session.
