To be a great storyteller, you have to have stories to tell. The more stories you have at your disposal, the easier it is to match the right story to the right situation for the right audience.
These stories can be from your personal experience, from someone else’s personal experience, from something you observed, from something your organization accomplished or something that happened in your industry. The bottom line is that you have to be able to collect and curate the best ones to weave into an effective story in your meetings, presentation or event.
