Welcome to the Business Analytics for Leaders Master Class. I’m Professor Bryan Bennett and I will be your instructor for this course over the next four weeks. In this course, you will learn the differences between the various types of business analytics, how leaders can effectively utilize analytics as a competitive advantage in their organization and how to translate analytics results into illuminating visualizations to tell a story.
In addition to learning about how and when to use business analytics, students will assess the organization’s readiness to implement analytics, including the importance of leadership in its success and create an action plan to lead the strategic integration process. I look forward to interacting with you throughout the class and helping you better utilize business analytics.
